Cancellation Policy

I. UNIVERSAL BOOKING POLICIES (Applies to all services unless otherwise stated) Inquiry & Consultation All bookings begin with an inquiry form, DM, email, or consultation. Dates are not reserved until deposit + signed agreement are received. Consultations may be complimentary depending on service type. Proposal validity: 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Minimum Booking Requirements Luxury Catering Starting minimum investment applies by tier. Private Chef Minimum booking applies per experience tier. Menu Drops Limited quantities. First paid, first served. Corporate Minimum guest count may apply. Deposits Catering + Private Chef 30% non-refundable retainer Remaining balance due 14 days before event Corporate Accounts Net terms available upon approval. Weekly Drops Full payment required at ordering. Payment Methods Accepted: Zelle Venmo CashApp Apple Pay Exact Cash (pickup only) No checks. Guest Count Policy Initial quote includes estimated guest count. Final guest count due 14 days prior to event. After final confirmation: increases may be accommodated decreases do not guarantee price reduction Booking Window Policy Catering Preferred: 4–8 weeks notice Minimum: 14 days Private Chef Preferred: 3–4 weeks Minimum: 10 days Corporate Preferred: 2–3 weeks Menu Drops Posted weekly. Rush bookings available if schedule allows. Rush Booking Fees Timeline Rush Fee 7–13 days +10% 3–6 days +15% Under 72 hrs +20–30% Travel Policy Local radius included. Beyond service radius: mileage tolls parking lodging (if necessary) may apply. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation Retainer remains non-refundable. Remaining payments refunded based on work completed and ingredients purchased. Business Cancellation Full refund or transfer option. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule (30+ days notice) Additional changes subject to fee New date subject to availability Leftovers Remaining food may be left with client unless otherwise arranged.
